How to Refill Toner Cartridges on a Samsung ML-2510 ? The Samsung ML-2510 laser printer is used in offices and homes around the world. The toner for these printers is a consumer product, and finally, must be completed to continue the printing of documents. To do this, you have to disassemble the printer and refill the toner, which should take about 15 minutes to do so.

Toner
Flathead screwdriver
Phillips screwdriver
Needle-nose pliers
Toner bottle
Funnel cap (included with the toner bottle)

1 Lower the front cover of the printer with your hands. Reach in and grab the toner cartridge handle and pull it toward you out of the printer.
2 Remove the locking screws on the side of the toner with the Phillips screwdriver.
3 Remove the cap with a flat head screwdriver to remove the plug enough to get a grip on it. Then use the needle-nose pliers to remove the cap of the toner cartridge. Discard any remaining toner in the cartridge.
4 Turn the toner bottle upside down and put it on a table. Tap the bottle to loosen the toner base side of the bottle. Twist and remove the lid and seal. Install the funnel from the top of the bottle.
5 Pour the toner into the hole in the toner cartridge, empty the bottle into the cartridge.
6 Replace the cap and screw the end of the toner cartridge with the Phillips screwdriver.
7 Push the cartridge into the printer and close the door.
